An aid station will be available on course, and participants may set up their own supplies in the start/finish area. Runners and walkers may proceed continuously or skip laps according to their plan. The event uses the arboretum's trail system across its 317-acre property.
In 2026 the event partners with Wild Trails. Camping is offered on the nights before the event, and the weekend will include a campfire concert, food, and additional activities. The following day Wild Trails will offer Oli Via, a separate 5K and a half marathon, with breakfast afterward. Registration is online only and there is no walk-up registration. No refunds are offered and race numbers may not be transferred. A portion of race proceeds will go to Reflection Riding Arboretum and Nature Center.
