About the race
Face to Face is a non-profit 501(c)(3) human services organization serving the Germantown community. Programs include freshly sourced hot meals, legal, medical, behavioral health, social work services, and educational equity services.
The event takes place on November 26, 2026 in Philadelphia. The start location is Forbidden Drive at the intersection of Thomas Road and W. Northwestern Avenue, Parking Lot #3. Packet pick-up and same day registration are organized at Chestnut Hill College and at Face to Face on the dates below. Free parking is available at Chestnut Hill College with overflow at Sugarloaf; it is approximately a 10 minute walk from the college and a 15 to 20 minute walk from Sugarloaf to the trailhead. Sugarloaf is located at 9220 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19118.

Entry fees and deadlines are published by the organizer. Early bird and regular adult fees apply for both distances, with lower rates through September 1, 2026 and higher fees after November 20, 2026. Children ages 4 to 12 have a reduced fee; children 3 and under are free. Registration includes bib, race shirt, refreshments, water stations, and prizes. Race shirts are guaranteed only for participants who register before November 1, 2026. Materials must be picked up during designated packet pick-up times or arranged with the organizer.
Awards are given to the first three overall male and female finishers and first place in each age bracket. Race timing and official results are handled by Bryn Mawr Racing Company. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
