Zoom Through the Zoo - Memphis
Zoom Through the Zoo is a community race at the Memphis Zoo that runs through the zoo, Overton Park, and surrounding areas on May 21, 2026. The event offers two course options and is open to all ages. Entry fees listed in advance pricing are $50 per person for the four mile race and $35 per person for the one mile fun run.
The event includes an awards ceremony after the races and refreshments will be available afterward. Participants aged 21 and older receive two beer tickets; food will be available for purchase but is not included with registration.
In partnership with Sneaker Impact, the event accepts donations of gently worn running shoes at packet pickup and on race day. For every donated running shoe, the Memphis Zoo Green Team will receive one dollar from Sneaker Impact. Packet pickup and sneaker drop-off are organized at the Monogram Foods Loves Kids Foundation Splash Park Event Center and at the Memphis Zoo Entry Plaza.
