Light Garden Charity 5K
The Light Garden Charity 5K takes place on December 18, 2026 in Olive Branch, Mississippi at 8267 Goodman Rd. The event is presented as a glow run on a 3.1 Miles course. Participants are asked to bring their event GLOW T-Shirt or GLOW Hoodie or to wear bright UV reflective colors to maintain the glow theme.
Pre-event check-in is available at GRIVET OUTDOORS in Olive Branch on December 17 at 5338 Goodman Rd, Suite 101. Day-of check-in occurs at the ticketing gate; runners and walkers collect their race bib there. The race bib functions as the timing chip and as the ticket to the event, so it must be kept with the entrant.
For attendees who are not participating in the 5K, admission to the Light Show is available separately and non-participating ticket holders will wait in the stage area and playground area while the running path is kept clear. Parking for the event is accessed via Olive Branch City Park from 305 on College St, near the Piggly Wiggly. A course map and event imaging are provided by the organizer.
Awards include the top three overall male and female finishers and first place in the following age ranges for each gender: 9 and Under, 10 - 14, 15 - 19, 20 - 24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 40 - 44, 45 - 49, 50 - 54, 55 - 59, 60 - 69, and 70 and over. Multiple registration options are listed with fees such as $25.00 and $28.00, plus one option with no fee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
