Trail Racing at Hellyer County Park
Zombierunner Halloween takes place at Hellyer County Park at the Buena Vista Pavilion in San Jose, California. This event features a selection of distances primarily held on the Coyote Creek trail. Participants are encouraged to complete their runs wearing Halloween costumes, with prizes available for those who do so.
The event offers several trail race distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1 Miles)
- Marathon (26.2 Miles)
- Kid's Run (50 yard dash for ages 6 and under)
- 2 Miles
The Half Marathon and Marathon courses are USATF certified. Specific registration tiers are available for different age groups in the 5K and 10K events, including categories for participants aged 12 and under as well as those aged 13 to 17. The children's dash is a 50 yard distance designed for young runners.
