Zigzag - The Lucky Horseshoe

ZigZag presents The Lucky Horseshoe (2025) at the Suffolk Running Centre in Bury St Edmunds, IP29 5AX. Competitors can choose from 5k, 10k, Half, Full, or Ultra, on an out-and-back course described as social, with the marathon forming one full loop and other distances featuring turnaround points. The Half and Full use the Gallops Route, while the 5k and 10k take on Golding Hills, offering views of horses in training near Newmarket.

There are aid stations every 10k, parking included, and a bespoke finish medal (with a lucky-dip option). The event is cupless, so bring your own bottle or cup, and it features a seven-hour cut-off with a mass start. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
