Thetford Back Yard Ultra
The Thetford Back Yard Ultra is a competitive running event held at High Lodge in Thetford Forest, Suffolk. Participants run 4.167 miles every hour on the hour, continuing until only one runner remains who can complete a loop within the one-hour time limit. This late summer edition of the Backyard Ultra features chip timing and offers a £250 prize for the winner, along with free entry to the summer Suffolk Back Yard Ultra.
