Thetford Back Yard Ultra

Thetford Back Yard Ultra is a competitive endurance running event held at High Lodge in Thetford Forest, Suffolk. Participants run a 4.167-mile loop every hour on the hour, continuing until only one runner completes a loop within the one-hour time limit. The course is a wide, flat, and well-signed route through scenic forest trails, mostly gravel and grass paths with good drainage and minimal elevation.
