Thetford Back Yard Ultra

Thetford Back Yard Ultra is a competitive running event held at High Lodge in Thetford Forest, Suffolk. Participants run a 4.167-mile loop every hour on the hour, continuing until only one runner remains able to complete the loop within the one-hour time limit. This late summer event features chip timing and offers a £250 prize for the winner, along with free entry to the summer Suffolk Back Yard Ultra and additional prizes from sponsors.
