Remembrance Run is organised by Zig Zag Running and is scheduled for 8 November 2026 at Ferry Meadows, Ham Lane, Peterborough, PE2 5UU. The event is open to entrants aged 18 and over on the event date. It is offered in multiple distance options and in a lapped format on a measured circuit.

Course and format

The course uses a 5.3 km lap through forest and country park areas, with gravel footpaths and some grass - a multi-terrain route. The event is run in timed formats (a six-hour format or a four-hour format depending on the chosen start wave). Participants complete as many laps as they wish within their session; leaving Base Camp before the session cutoff allows one additional lap. Standard lap counts noted by the organiser include five laps for a heavy half marathon and nine laps for a standard ultra, with options to increase laps on the day.

Support and logistics include an aid station at the Race HQ/Base Camp each lap, registration at the Lakeside Centre on the watersports side of the park, visible gazebos and start arch from the car park, and chargeable parking on site. The event is cupless, so participants must bring their own bottle or cup. A bespoke event medal is available, with an alternative finisher medal option and virtual spaces for remote participants. Footwear advice: road trainers are suggested; trail shoes optional depending on prior weather. A two-minute race freeze is observed during the event.
