Event
Remembrance Run is a timed, multi-terrain challenge held at Ferry Meadows. The event is offered as either a six-hour or four-hour timed challenge. Runners complete repeated laps of a measured circuit; each lap is 5.3 km on gravel footpaths and grass. Standard lap counts listed by the organiser include a half marathon as five laps (with options to increase to six or seven) and an ultra-marathon as nine laps (with the option to extend up to twelve laps). An aid station is provided at the Race HQ/Base Camp and is available each lap. The organiser describes the event as having minimal navigation and no mandatory kit. The event is open to entrants aged 18 and over and has a maximum field of 300.

Location and logistics
The venue is Ferry Meadows, Ham Lane, Peterborough, PE2 5UU, part of Nene Park. Race HQ and registration are based at the Lakeside Centre on the watersports side, with gazebos and a start arch visible from the car park and main toilet block. Parking at the park is chargeable. There is no baggage storage on site; participants are asked to leave baggage in their cars. The organiser recommends road trainers but notes trail shoes may be useful depending on recent weather.
