ATW Grafham Triathlon : Grafham Water Visitor Centre
The event takes place at Grafham Water Visitor Centre in Cambs and includes Sprint and Standard triathlon distances. The swim uses laps of a 750 m loop in the reservoir; the Sprint completes one lap and the Standard completes two. The bike is a flat out-and-back course through local villages, with the Sprint turning at Perry and the Standard turning at St Neots. The run follows a 5 km lap on natural footpaths, crosses the dam wall and passes the finish and transition area; the Sprint is one lap and the Standard is two laps.
Additional race options include a Standard Aquabike (swim and bike) and a Standard Triathlon Relay for two or three team members sharing disciplines. Age eligibility is specified for each race category on the event page. Entry prices range from about £79 to £120 depending on the race option.
Support and event services noted for the event include well-marked courses, marshals, free event photos and a custom medal. Wetsuit hire options are listed for seasonal and short-term hire. Camping through Lakeview Paddock and dormitory style accommodation at Grafham Water centre are offered for the night before the event. The organiser provides a transfer policy allowing transfers to future ATW events up to 48 hours before the event. The Sprint and Standard races will host the 2026 East Region Adult Race Series.
