ATW Grafham Triathlon
The ATW Grafham Triathlon takes place at Grafham Water, offering a variety of multisport options. The event is set to host the 2026 East Region Adult Race Series. Participants can choose between several competitive formats:
- Sprint Triathlon: 750m swim, 17km cycle, and 5km run.
- Standard Triathlon: 1500m swim, 38km cycle, and 10km run.
- Standard Aquabike: 1500m swim and 38km cycle.
- Standard Triathlon Relay: Shared disciplines for teams of two or three people.
The swim portion is held in the reservoir, consisting of 750m laps. The bike course is a flat out-and-back route that passes through local villages, with the turnaround point in either Perry or St Neots depending on the distance. The final discipline is a flat run on the natural footpaths of Grafham Water, featuring an out-and-back section across the dam wall.
Participants receive a custom-designed medal, finish line goodies, and free event photos. For those traveling from outside the area, camping and dormitory-style accommodation are available at the site the night before the event. Parking is located at the venue, with charges payable via on-site ticket machines. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
