Zebra Dazzle 5K
The Zebra Dazzle event is organized by Zebras In Motion to raise awareness for amyloidosis. It takes place at Rock Creek Parkway, Carter Barron Tennis Courts, at the intersection of 16th Street and Kennedy Street NW in Washington DC. The event offers both in person and virtual participation options.
The program includes prizes for top onsite finishers and a virtual format that allows participants to upload their time. Registration includes a Zebra bling bag with a T-Shirt and a finisher's medal. Registered participants receive race training tips and can join fitness sessions offered by the organizer. The stated refund policy is no refunds.
A separate virtual only bike challenge runs from August 12 to September 12. That challenge spans 30 days and asks participants to log 100 miles over the period; there is no requirement to ride all 100 miles in a single day.
