Zebra Dazzle 5K Walk/Run/Bike for Amyloidosis Awareness
Zebras In Motion organizes the 7th annual Zebra Dazzle event in Washington DC at the Carter Barron Tennis Courts on Rock Creek Parkway. The event offers both in-person and virtual participation. Onsite participants gather at 1600 Kennedy Street Northwest in Washington, DC. Virtual participants may complete their activity from any location and upload their time.
Event formats include:
- 5K walk, run, or onsite bike option
- 100 mile bike challenge over 30 days, virtual only
Prizes are awarded to top onsite finishers. The 100 mile bike challenge runs from August 12 to September 12 and allows riders to log miles across multiple days rather than completing all miles at once. Registration includes a Zebra bling bag that contains a T-shirt and a finisher's medal. Additional donations to Zebras In Motion are tax deductible.
The event supports awareness and fundraising for amyloidosis and channels funds to the Amyloidosis Foundation for research and education.
