Y-Bridge Irish Dash
The Y-Bridge Irish Dash is a St. Patrick’s Day weekend running event in Zanesville, Ohio, presented by Visit Zanesville. The event is based at 112 Muskingum Avenue, Zanesville, OH 43701 and uses a fully paved course that passes through Downtown Zanesville, crosses the Y-Bridge, and goes over the Muskingum River.
Distances offered:
- 5K (chip timed)
- 1 Mile Run/Walk (not timed)
All registered participants receive a custom race shirt, a finisher medal, and complimentary race day photography with free digital download. Participants age 21 and over receive a ticket for one complimentary green beer at the finish area. Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers in the 5K.
Early packet pickup and registration are available on the day before the race at the Muskingum County Welcome Center. Race day packet pickup and registration are also provided. Entry fees vary by registration date and by event.
The event is held rain or shine. In the event of a pandemic or other unforeseen circumstances, registrations may be converted to a non-refundable virtual event. Proceeds benefit the development and future growth of seasonal events and community experiences in Muskingum County that support downtown visitation and local businesses.
