Y-Bridge Irish Dash
The Y-Bridge Irish Dash is a St. Patrick’s Day running event in Zanesville, Ohio, presented by Visit Zanesville. The event uses a fully paved course through downtown Zanesville that crosses the Y-Bridge and travels over the Muskingum River.
All registered participants in the 5K and the 1 mile run receive a custom race shirt, a finisher medal, a free green beverage ticket, and race day photography available for free digital download. A green beer option is available for participants 21 years and older in exchange for the beverage ticket; non-alcoholic options are available for those under 21.

Entry fee structure listed for the event:
- 5K: $40 through February 28, $45 from March 1 through race day
- 1 mile: $30 through February 28, $35 from March 1 through race day
Registration opens January 1, 2027 and closes February 28, 2027. Early packet pickup and registration are available Friday, March 12 at the Muskingum County Welcome Center from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Race day packet pickup and registration begin at 8:30 AM.
The event is rain or shine. In the event of a pandemic or other unforeseen circumstances, registrations will be converted to a non refundable virtual event.
