YWCA 12th Annual Turkey Trot
The YWCA Turkey Trot is an annual community event held in Titusville, Pennsylvania. Now in its twelfth year, the event takes place on Thanksgiving Day and features a 5K course. The route is situated on Walnut Street and is characterized by flat terrain, making it accessible for a variety of participants.
Participants can choose to either run or walk the designated 5K distance. The event is designed for families and includes several registration tiers based on age. There is a registration fee for adults, while participants aged 18 and under are permitted to join at no cost. Children under the age of 7 may take part in the event without official registration, though they will not receive an official time.
The race utilizes chip timing provided by Wolf Creek Race Management to ensure accurate results for registered runners. While participation for children is free, there is an additional charge for those who wish to purchase an event shirt. Available options include both long-sleeve and short-sleeve shirts. The event starts and finishes near the Franklin Street area in Titusville. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
