Oil Creek 5 & 13 Stacked Trail Races : May 16, 2026, Titusville, PA
The event is a set of trail races that start and finish at Drake Well Museum and Park in Titusville, Pennsylvania. The programme includes the following distances:
- 5 miles
- 13 miles
- Stacked Race (5 + 13 miles)
The races use the Gerard Hiking Trail and other trails in Oil Creek State Park. The 5-mile course begins at the Jersey Bridge (museum side) and finishes in the museum parking area. The 13-mile course follows the museum grounds and dike, continues on the Gerard Trail past Miller Farm and Miller Farm Bridge, then returns to the museum parking area.
All race proceeds benefit Friends of Drake Well, Inc. There is a 5 hour time limit for each individual race and a strict 90 minute cutoff rule that applies to 5-mile runners attempting both distances consecutively.
Fees, awards and participant services
Proposed 2026 entry fees (subject to change) are tiered:
- 5 mile: $50 until March 16; $55 until April 13; $65 to race day. Minimum age 13.
- 13 mile: $60 until March 16; $65 until April 13; $75 to race day. Minimum age 16.
- Stacked (5 + 13): $105 until March 16; $110 until April 13; $120 to race day. Minimum age 16.
Race shirts are included with registration. All participants receive a finishers award; additional awards include stacked-finish awards, overall top male and female awards for each distance, cash awards for top stacked finishers, and record-breaker prizes.
