Frank DeLuca YMCA Turkey Trot
The Frank DeLuca YMCA Turkey Trot is a community running event on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 26, 2026, held at the Frank DeLuca YMCA in Ocala, Florida. The event offers both a 5K and a 10K course and welcomes people of all ages and fitness levels to walk or run.
The race starts and finishes at the Frank DeLuca YMCA. Course signage and race day volunteers will be present to help guide participants. There will be no parking in the YMCA main lot; off-site parking is available at First Baptist Church, Ocala Christian Academy, and the Health Department.
All participants receive a race shirt at packet pickup and a finisher medal; top finishers will receive trophies. The event includes on-site entertainment, post-race food, beverages, and snacks from vendors, as well as games and family-friendly activities. Two group exercise classes and outdoor games are offered for children. Strollers and wheelchairs are approved with a request that they start toward the back of the group. Dogs are permitted if kept on a leash.
