Course and purpose
The race is an out-and-back on the Jonesville Greenway Trail. The trail runs alongside the Yadkin River and includes moderate terrain with screenings and natural surfaces. The route passes area campgrounds, wildlife areas, and a covered bridge. All proceeds go to assist the Jonesville Police Department in funding a K-9 dog for the agency.
