Mulberry Stampede 5K : North Wilkesboro, NC
The 4th Annual Mulberry Stampede 5K takes place on May 2, 2026, at Mulberry Elementary School, 190 Mulberry School Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659. The event uses race|result chip timing with live results provided along the course. Finish Line Pros will handle official timing.
Race day registration and pickup are planned for 7:30am to 8:30am on the day of the event. The Mulberry Fire Department and the NC Highway Patrol will close the right lane of HWY 18 to the Mulberry Fire Department, using cones, trucks, and patrol cars to separate runners from traffic.
On-site amenities and activities include free snowballs for children distributed by Pelicans and drinks available from Fireside Espresso for adults. Shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed for registrations made after April 2; organizers will place the shirt order on April 2 and may not be able to supply first-choice sizes for registrations submitted after April 3.
Students aged 12 and under receive a $10 discount from the standard entry fee at the time of registration. The event materials note that the regular entry fee is subject to change after April 2, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
