Ras y Cerrig Glas
Ras y Cerrig Glas is a fell race covering 11.3 km / 7 mi with approximately 350 m / 1148 ft of climb. The event starts from a small car park located between Mynachlog-ddu and Rosebush (grid reference GR127 307). The course is partially marked and organizers state that navigational skills and significant experience are required.
The event has recorded course best times of 55:53 for men in 2015 and 1:00:14 for women in 2019. The minimum age for the main race is over 18. Separate junior races are also held.
Entry fees are listed as £5 for pre entry and £7 on the day; the on day fee includes tea, coffee and cake. There are no toilet facilities on site. The event is insured by the Welsh Fell Runners Association.
