Ras y Cerrig Glas

Ras y Cerrig Glas is a fell race over 11.3 km (approximately 7 miles) with about 350 m of ascent (1148 ft). The course is partially marked and requires navigational skills and significant hill running experience.

The main race has a minimum age requirement of over 18. Junior races also take place. Course records are 55:53 for the male category (2015) and 1:00:14 for the female category (2019).

The event assembles from a small car park located between Mynachlog-ddu and Rosebush, grid reference GR127 307. There are no toilets or other facilities at the site. Entry fees listed are £5 for pre-entry and £7 on the day; on-day entry is noted to include tea, coffee, and cake. The event is insured by WFRA.
