Course Details
The beach sand is noted for being firm underfoot, historically used for land speed record attempts. The event is cup-free; runners must bring their own reusable cup for use at the four self-service water stations on the course. The start and finish location is next to Barnacles Cafe on Sea View, Pendine.
Awards and Timing
All finishers receive a bespoke medal. Trophies are awarded to the top male and female runners in each distance. A time limit is in place for all races, determined by tide times, and will be announced at least two months before the event date. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
