XTERRA Weston Park : May 1-3, 2026
XTERRA Weston Park takes place at Weston Park in Staffordshire over the weekend of May 1-3, 2026. The event is held on a 1,000 acre estate and is part of the XTERRA World Tour. The programme includes off-road triathlon and related multisport races, a prize purse for elites of €20,000, 56 World Cup slots and seven race formats across the weekend. Community camping and live music are included as event activities.
Races and key rules
The event features multiple race formats with off-road swim, bike and run sections. Distances include:
- 750 m swim / 16 km bike / 5 km run (Sprint Triathlon)
- 400 m swim / 8 km bike / 3 km run (Super Sprint)
- 400 m swim / 8 km bike / 3 km run (World Cup Short Track, elite invitation)
- 1.5 km swim / 31 km bike / 10 km run (Full Distance, World Cup elites and age groups)
- Run 3 km / Bike 30 km / Run 10 km (Full Distance Duathlon)
- Bike 2 km / Run 1 km (Kids Bike & Run, ages 14 and under)
Gravel bikes are not permitted under British Triathlon rules. Participants must hold British Triathlon membership or a single-use race pass.
Venue, travel and facilities
Camping is available on site, with pitches and showers and toilets; there is no electric hookup. Weston Park is on the A5 at Weston-under-Lizard, about 30 minutes from Central Birmingham, 3 miles from M54 Junction 3 and 8 miles from M6 Junction 12. Nearest train stations listed are Telford, Wolverhampton and Stafford. Dogs are allowed if kept on a short lead. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
