XTERRA Lake Tahoe 5K & 10K Trail Run
The XTERRA Lake Tahoe trail runs start and finish at the Village Green in Incline Village, NV, a large open grass community field used as the event venue. From the starting area the course heads north onto the local trail system and passes through tall pines and aspens and includes creek crossings. The 5K is one lap of the course; the 10K is two laps, with the second lap returning through the venue to create a viewing area for spectators. The run is produced in conjunction with the XTERRA Lake Tahoe triathlon.
Organizers have announced that the event was not scheduled for 2025. Nevada State Parks and Nevada Public Works determined that several trails in the Spooner Backcountry will be closed for the season because of the Marlette Lake Dam Resilient Infrastructure Project, and organizers explored rerouting options. The event is expected to return in 2026.

- 5K: one lap starting and finishing at Village Green
- 10K: two laps with second lap returning through the venue
Published entry fees list 5K and 10K at $55 (by 3/31), $60 (by 9/12), and $65 onsite; youth and senior rates are listed at $50, $55, and $60. Race fees include an event T-shirt, free digital photo, finisher medal, medical staff, and cold beverages and snacks. Awards are given by age group and overall.
