XTERRA Lake Tahoe 5K and 10K
The XTERRA Lake Tahoe trail run takes place in Incline Village, Nevada, with the course starting and finishing at the Village Green Park, a large open grass community field. The route heads north from the venue onto a trail system that passes through tall pines, aspen groves, and creek crossings. Runners complete one lap for the 5K or two laps for the 10K. The second lap returns to the venue, providing a viewing area for spectators.
The event is produced in conjunction with the XTERRA Lake Tahoe off-road triathlon. Organizers noted that the event will not be scheduled in 2025 because several trails in the Spooner Backcountry are closed for the season due to the Marlette Lake Dam Resilient Infrastructure Project and related impacts. The event is expected to return in 2026.
Entry fee categories listed by the organizer include:
- 5K and 10K - $55 by 3/31, $60 by 9/12, $65 onsite
- 5K Youth and Senior - $50 by 3/31, $55 by 9/12, $60 onsite
