Reef's Run 5K
Reef's Run 5K is scheduled for September 13, 2026, at Round Hill Pines Beach Resort, 300 US Hwy 50, Zephyr Cove, NV 89448. The event centerpieces are a community 5K run/walk/stroll and an accompanying program of family-focused activities and fundraising.
The day includes on-site check-in and day-of registration, coffee and light snacks, a silent auction, raffle drawings, an awards ceremony, and participant refreshments. Shirt distribution is organized so that pre-registered participants who selected a size may pick up shirts after the run; late registrants may select from remaining shirts. Every participant receives a Reef's Run logo medal and a participant bag that contains items such as magnets, stickers, protein bars, and brain ice packs.
Family amenities and activities are provided: face painting, kids' ice cream and treats, and accommodation for strollers and balance bikes for children ages 5 and under. Awards are given for first, second, and third place finishers in kids, women's, and men's categories. Parking is free for early arrivals and a fee of $12 applies later in the day.
