Houston Harriers Night of PRs : Event details
The Houston Harriers Night of PRs is a track meet held on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Wendel D. Ley Track & Holloway Field in Houston, TX 77005. The event is USATF sanctioned and uses a rolling start: the mile is run first, the 5K follows after the mile is completed, and the 4x400m relay is the last event of the evening. All profits support the Rice University track team.

Logistics
Registration fees vary by date: before Nov 1, Nov 1-18, and Nov 18-21, with higher fees in later windows. Registration for the mile and the 5K will close on race day at 5:30 pm. Trophies are planned for first place finishers in the male and female mile and 5K, and for first place relay teams in male, female, and mixed categories. Free parking is available next to the track until the lot fills (use Rice entrance #5 off Main Street); paid parking is available in Rice West Lots with a 5-10 minute walk to the track. Bib pick-up is available on race day from 4:30 pm onwards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
