The 2026 event is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2026. It takes place at the Tate Pumphouse in Casper, Wyoming. Online registration opens in February 2026 and closes on Friday, April 17, 2026.
Race Information
The race starts at 9:00 AM. Check-in and on-site registration begin at 8:00 AM, and presentations are held at 8:40 AM. Online registration costs $25 and is required to guarantee an event t-shirt on race day. Donor families and recipients receive free registration.
Additional Features
Participants can create or join teams for the event. There is an option for virtual participation, where individuals can complete a 5K distance using the RunKeeper app. A $9 shipping fee applies to have race packets mailed for virtual participants. Early packet pick-up is available on Friday, April 24, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Tate Pumphouse. Event day pick-up starts at 7:00 AM at the same location.
