The Casper Marathon is a road race weekend held in Casper with multiple distance options and on-course support. Events listed include the marathon, half marathon, relay options, a 10K and a wheelchair division.

Packet pickup and a health and fitness expo take place at the WYO Sports Ranch on the two days before race day. The WYO Sports Ranch also provides an indoor waiting area with snacks, coffee, water, and indoor flush toilets.
Race logistics note that the Ramkota is the host hotel and participants are encouraged to use the hotel parking and the shuttle service that runs between the Ramkota and the WYO Sports Ranch start area. Parking at the start line is limited and the finish area is within walking distance of the Ramkota.
Aid stations are placed roughly every 2 to 4 miles and supply fruit, water, Gatorade and basic first aid. Port a potties appear at regular intervals and medical personnel are stationed along the course, with a medical tent at the finish. Finish line provisions include pizza, sandwiches, fruit, snacks, chocolate milk, water, Gatorade and adult beverages.
Headphones are not permitted on city street sections of the course. Strollers and dogs are not allowed in the marathon and half marathon distances. Awards are given for overall male and female, top relay teams, wheelchair divisions, and the top three finishers in each listed age category.
