Event
The event takes place at Brandon Country Park, Bury Road, Brandon, Suffolk, IP27 0SU, on 11 January 2026. It is offered as a timed event with options of 6-hour or 4-hour durations. Maximum entries are 300 and the minimum age is 18 years. Entries close 10/01/2026 and transfers close 04/01/2026. Virtual places are available for participants who cannot attend in person. A bespoke event medal is provided to finishers, with a non-specific "lucky dip" medal option also offered.
Course and logistics
The course is a 5.3 km lap on gravel footpaths and some grass areas through Thetford Forest, described as multi-terrain. An aid station is available at the Race HQ/Base Camp at the start and lap point; no compulsory kit or navigation is required. The event is cupless, so participants must bring their own bottles or cups for refilling. Parking at the park is chargeable and marshals will direct parking on the day.
