WS10 Nepean River – Tench Reserve, Jamisontown
WS10 at Nepean River is a monthly 10 km running event held at Tench Reserve in Jamisontown. The course is an out and back route along the river on sealed cycle and pedestrian paths, which are suitable for pushing a pram and are resistant to adverse weather. There are no road crossings on the course, though runners should expect to encounter other runners, walkers and some cyclists.
Facilities at Tench Reserve include plentiful car parking on Tench Avenue and in nearby carparks, multiple public toilet facilities both at the start and along the course, and several drinking fountains. There is space to secure a bicycle; participants need to provide their own lock.
Participation requires registration on the event website. Returning participants who have previously registered remain registered; new participants receive a confirmation link by email after completing the registration form.
