Event details
The Wounded Warrior 5K Fun Run takes place on Saturday, October 25, 2025 in Davidson, North Carolina. The in-person location is 800 Beaty Street on the Trane Technologies campus along the shore of Lake Norman. The event offers two options:
- 5K - Davidson, NC
- 5K - Virtual
Each event has a registration fee of $25. Registration closes October 23, 2025 at 11:59pm EDT. To be guaranteed a t-shirt, participants must register by October 15.
Logistics and policies
All participants receive a race bib, a WWP t-shirt, and a medal upon completion. For in-person participants, bibs and shirts are available at check-in and medals are distributed at the finish line. Virtual participants will have bibs, shirts, and medals mailed to the address provided.
Participant parking is on-site at Building D and is free of charge. Leashed dogs are permitted. The event will be held rain or shine unless directors or local law enforcement determine conditions are too dangerous; if canceled for inclement weather there will be no refunds or transfers. Registration fees are non-refundable and event registrations are non-transferable. Sponsors include Trane Technologies and other local organizations.
