Huntersville Half takes place December 12-13, 2025, at 16620 Cranlyn Rd, Huntersville, NC. The schedule spans two days: the Holiday 5K is held on Friday and the Half Marathon and 10K are held on Saturday. The event offers in-person and virtual race options and combined "challenge" entries that pair distances across the two days.

All finishers receive a medal. Challenge runners who complete both distances and are registered as challenge participants receive a separate challenge medal after verification.
Prizes, divisions and policies
Cash prizes total $1,500, presented by Fleet Feet Sports Huntersville. Overall prize breakdown by event and place is listed as: Half Marathon 1st $150 / 2nd $115 / 3rd $85; 10K 1st $125 / 2nd $75 / 3rd $50; 5K 1st $75 / 2nd $50 / 3rd $25. Age-group awards are given for 1st–3rd in each age group, by gender. Two timed on-course segments are noted: Hardcore Hill (timed 1/4 mile uphill) and Sprint to Finish (timed 100 meter sprint). A Ruck division requires participants to carry a weighted pack: minimum 10 lbs for women and 20 lbs for men.
The event maintains a no-refund policy. Transfers between runners and events are allowed; online transfers close December 1 and transfer fees apply. Deferment to the next year is possible by request, subject to organizer approval and a $10 fee on next-year registration; temporary illness is not accepted for deferment.
