World's Fair Ultras takes place on April 18, 2026, in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee, at 963 Worlds Fair Park Dr. The event uses a USATF-certified loop of 0.5724 miles located in World’s Fair Park. Race categories include:
- 3 Hour
- 6 Hour
- 6hr Ruck
- 12 Hour Day
- 12 Hour Night
- 24 Hour
- 50K
- 50 Mile
- 100K
Organizers provide a central aid station and space for personal aid setups. Food trucks, coffee, ice cream, and music will be available on site. Organizers note hotels are within walking distance of the course. Registration closes on Wed, Apr 15 at 11:59 PM ET. Finishers who complete 100 miles in the 24-hour event receive a custom Worlds Fair Ultra belt buckle.
Ruck division and rules
A ruck division is offered within the 6-hour event. Required dry weights are: men 30 lb, female 15 lb, boys under 15 20 lb, and girls under 15 10 lb. Each ruck finisher will receive a patch after finishing or tapping out; a weigh-in is required 30 minutes to 1 hour before the event start.
Weight must be in the form of steel ruck plates, weight vest blocks, bumper plates, or clearly stamped sand weight. Removal or reduction of weight during the event is not authorized. Subject to weight checks at any time. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
