World's Fair Ultras takes place on April 18, 2026, in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee. The venue is World’s Fair Park at 963 Worlds Fair Park Dr. Registration closes on Wednesday, April 15 at 11:59 PM ET.
Course and categories
The event uses a USATF-certified loop of 0.5724 miles at World’s Fair Park. Race categories include:
- 3 Hour
- 6 Hour
- 6 Hour Ruck
- 12 Hour Day
- 12 Hour Night
- 24 Hour
- 50K
- 50 Mile
- 100K
Runners may set personal or state records on the flat, certified loop. Finishers who complete 100 miles during the 24 Hour event will receive a custom Worlds Fair Ultra belt buckle.
Ruck division
The 6 Hour Ruck requires loaded weights:
- Men: 30 lb dry
- Female: 15 lb dry
- Boys under 15: 20 lb
- Girls under 15: 10 lb
Weigh-in is required 30 minutes to 1 hour before the start. Finishers receive a patch only if weigh-in is completed. Weight must be clearly stamped items such as steel ruck plates, weight vest blocks, bumper plates, or sand weight. Weights are subject to spot checks and removal or reduction during the event is not authorized. Ruckers must notify event staff when ending their attempt.
Support and media
The event provides a central aid station and space for personal aid setups. There will be food trucks, coffee, ice cream, and music on site. A livestream on YouTube will provide real-time coverage, interviews, and on-course tracking. Hotels are within walking distance of the course.
