Logistics and rules
Pre-race packet pickup and registration are available the week before at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Hamilton Crossing on December 4, 2025. Day-of check-in and packet pickup occur at the Maryville Greenbelt Amphitheater. All registered participants receive a cotton/poly blend T-shirt; shirts for day-of entries are subject to availability. Post-race refreshments are provided for registered participants.
Awards are presented on site after the race. Awards go to the top three finishers in each age group; all Fun Run/Walk participants receive a ribbon. Door prize drawings follow the 5K. Age divisions are listed for male and female participants from 8 and under up to 75 and over; there are overall male and female awards and masters categories for ages 40 and older.
Participants may not use baby strollers, bicycles, roller blades, or dogs on the course. The use of headsets is not recommended due to traffic on the race route. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
