Event Overview
The Woolaroc 8K is a running event in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. It is the 46th annual event held at the Woolaroc Wildlife Preserve. Proceeds from the event benefit Run the Streets.
The event offers two distances:
- 8K run
- 1-mile fun run
The 8K course is a USATF-sanctioned and certified route with electronic timing provided by Tatur Racing. Medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in standard age groups for the 8K.
Event Details
The event takes place at 1925 Woolaroc Ranch Rd. Parking, the start, and the finish are all at the museum. Parking is free. The gates to Woolaroc Park close at 7:30 a.m. on race day. Runners and their guests receive free admission to the Woolaroc Wildlife Preserve and are invited to visit the Woolaroc Museum and Lodge after the race. Buffalo burgers and other food items will be available for purchase.
Packet pickup is available on the Thursday before the race at Cooper and Mill on 200 S. Dewey Ave in Bartlesville. Race day registration is available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
