Tulsa Tri 2026 - Barnsdall, OK
Tulsa Area Triathletes presents the Tulsa Tri held at Twin Cove Point on Birch Lake in Barnsdall, Oklahoma. The event features multiple multisport formats staged on the same day and organized by a local non profit club in partnership with a local race producer.
Event formats include individual and relay triathlons and an aquabike, plus swim-only distances. The main event types are Individual Sprint, Relay Team Sprint, Individual Olympic, Relay Team Olympic, and Aquabike Short (Olympic distance). Swim-only options are offered over the following distances:
- 500 meter
- 1500 meter
A Safety Swim Wave is available for Sprint participants who opt in; athletes in that wave will start at the back of the waves with a SaferSwimmer buoy and will not be eligible for age-group awards.
Packet pickup is handled at RunnersWorld Tulsa (3920 S Peoria, Tulsa). Photo identification is required and only the racer may collect their packet; all relay team members must pick up their own packets. Participants living more than 30 miles outside Tulsa may arrange morning packet pickup with the organizer.
USAT wetsuit rules will be enforced based on water temperature, and the event has a no-refund policy; registrations may be deferred one year if deferred by August 30th. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
