Wood Memorial Trout Run
The Wood Memorial Trout Run returns to Kalkaska on April 25, 2026. The event is presented by the Kalkaska Cross Country and Track and Field teams and is organized to raise funds for the Kalkaska High School cross country and track and field programs. The race commemorates members of a local family who were active in running and in the community.
The event is held at 109 North Birch St, Kalkaska, MI 49646. Early packet pickup is scheduled for April 24 in the middle school gym lobby. Race day check-in is planned for April 25. Participants are asked to keep the grounds tidy; pets are allowed on school property this year but dogs must remain on leash and participants must clean up after them.
