2026 Wolverine 5K, Waterford WI
The Wolverine 5K takes place on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at Waterford Union High School in Waterford, Wisconsin. The event is a road race over 5K (3.1 miles) with official times provided by Trackside Timing.
Proceeds support the WUHS Cross Country team. Funds raised are designated for bussing athletes to off-site practices, team shirts, and recovery equipment including foam rollers, chocolate milk, and snacks.
Registration opens March 1, 2026 and online registration remains available through race day. Fee tiers are specified by date: $20 through May 31, $25 from June 1 to July 9, and $30 from July 10 to August 8. Same-day registration will be available on the morning of the event. Packet pickup and same-day registration begin on race morning. T-shirts are available for purchase at registration for $10; unisex sizes S through 2XL and guaranteed for registrations completed by August 2.
Awards are presented to the top three individuals in each age category: 13 and under, 14–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, and 60 and over. Plenty of parking is available by Field Drive and in the upper parking lot, and restrooms will be available on site. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
