Event overview
The Wolfe Island Classic is a road running event held on Wolfe Island, Ontario. The 2025 edition took place on Sunday, July 6, 2025, with the finish line in Marysville. Proceeds from the event are donated to the Wolfe Island Community Medical Clinic. The race is part of the Kingston Road Runners Association (KRRA) race series. The finish area is located near water, and participants may wade or swim at the finish.

The 5 km is the KRRA points-scoring event and is the second event in the Waterside Series. The Kid’s Mile is part of the Kingston Kids Race Series for ages 5 to 12. Early race kit pickup was offered at the Canada Day Limestone Mile event at the Kingston Memorial Centre. Participants were encouraged to leave cars in Kingston since the Wolfe Island ferry arrives in Marysville. Pre-purchased post-race lunch options were available from local vendors, and tech t-shirts were offered for purchase. The published 2025 entry fees were: Individual 5K - early $35, regular $45; Individual 10K - early $40, regular $45; Kid’s Mile - $10. A $5 KRRA member discount applied to the 5K and 10K, and a late-entry surcharge was listed for early July. Registration for 2025 is closed.
