Event Overview
The Wolfe Island Classic features 5 km and 10 km road races. The event takes place on Wolfe Island, described as the first and largest of the Thousand Islands. The island is noted for being very scenic, a popular cycling destination, and offering views of Kingston city, other islands, and the American shoreline.
The event is part of the KRRA Race Series. KRRA members earn points for the series standings by completing the 5 km race only. The 5 km race is also the second event in the "Waterside Series".
Other Races
Several other races are held on the same day:
- A Kids' Mile race (part of the Kingston Kids Race Series for ages 5 to 12).
- A free 200-meter Kiddie Fun Run for children aged 2 to 7.
Logistics and Venue
The event venue is the Hotel Wolfe Island in Marysville. Participants are advised to leave their cars in Kingston and take the Wolfe Island Ferry, which arrives directly in Marysville. Ferry departure times from Kingston are listed, as are return ferry times after the event.

Lunch options from local establishments can be pre-purchased during registration. Technical t-shirts are available for purchase.
