DENFIT Winter Soldier, Cape Vincent NY
The DENFIT Winter Soldier is scheduled for 02/27/2027 at Cape Vincent Recreation Park, 602 S James St, Cape Vincent, NY 13618. The course is a flat out-and-back between the recreation park and Tibbetts Point Lighthouse. Runners make repeated out-and-back laps depending on distance and must check in between laps for multi-lap distances.
Distances included:
- 10k: single out and back to Tibbetts Point Lighthouse
- Half Marathon: two out and back laps
- Full Marathon: four out and back laps
A heated staging area will be available at the recreation park. Participants have access to hot shower facilities and indoor light refreshments; outside there will be a fire and music. The lighthouse turnaround will include a sheltered aid station with water, food, and toilet facilities. A Quick Drop Tent will sit next to the start line for outdoor gear changes.
Safety lights or strobes are required at all times. Personal hydration is recommended. Parking is free and a short walk to the event area; the organizer requests a voluntary donation to a local nonprofit. The full marathon is limited to 100 runners and overall participation is capped at 200. Registration opens 07/13/2026 and closes 01/03/2027; published entry fees are $80 for the full marathon, $65 for the half marathon, and $50 for the 10k.
