Woburn DECA Dash 5K
The Woburn DECA Dash is the third annual community 5K (3.1 miles) run and walk organized by the Woburn High DECA Club. It takes place at Horn Pond, with the event set at the Lake Street side parking lot near the Woburn Water Pumping Station on August 15, 2026.
The event offers both a running and a walking option over the same 5K distance. The purpose is to raise funds to help reduce competition costs for Woburn High DECA students. T-shirts are provided to participants who register by July 28, 2026.
Fee structure is specified for different participant categories: a base adult fee for ages 19 and older and a lower fee for participants age 18 and under. A student group rate applies for teams of five or more. Registration pricing increases after July 28 and day-of registration has a higher fee. Online registration closes on August 13, 2026.
On-course provisions include water available on the route and at the start and finish areas. Medals are awarded to top finishers in various age categories.
