5k with ME - Atlanta, GA, April 26, 2026
The 5k with ME is a community-focused running and walking event held at Shirley Clarke Franklin Park (formerly Westside Park) with an out-and-back course along the Proctor Creek Trail. The event takes place in person in Atlanta and also offers virtual participation. A new 1 mile race option is included alongside the traditional 5K distance.
The event includes a Sisterhood Challenge group competition; the largest group by the deadline of 12/31/25 will receive special perks. Race-day amenities and participant perks include custom modest race shirts, finisher medals, music, and access to wellness partners on site. Shirts and medals are guaranteed for participants who register by 12/31/25; afterward items are available while supplies last.
Registration categories include shirt and no-shirt options and both in-person and virtual entries. Category rules state that participants registered as walkers must walk for awards eligibility; runners may walk or run. Awards for the 5K include top three overall in run and walk categories and top three per five-year age group from under 10 to 80 plus; awards for the 1 mile are listed as TBD.
