Event Overview
The Winter Park Trail Runs feature a 50K point-to-point course, starting at Winter Park Resort and finishing at the Rendezvous Event Center in Winter Park town. Shorter 21K and 10K options are also available. All events take place in Winter Park, Colorado, on August 1, 2026.
Distances and Details
- 50K: Starts at Winter Park Resort. The course travels through evergreen and aspen forests, over flowing singletrack, rugged mountain trails, and dirt roads, with views of the Continental Divide.
- 21K: Also starts at Winter Park Resort, sharing early miles with the 50K before splitting onto a loop with rolling singletrack and dirt roads.
- 10K: A challenging course that is approximately 85% singletrack, with 920+ feet of climbing and descent. It starts and finishes at the Rendezvous Event Center.
Aid and Amenities
Aid stations offer sports gels, electrolyte drink, water, skittles, PB&J rolls, and potato chips. Cups are not provided to reduce waste. The main finish area at the Rendezvous Event Center includes restroom facilities, shade structures, a picnic pavilion, and a skate park.
Additional Information
Well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome at the start/finish area and aid stations but are not allowed on the course. There are no entry transfers. Cancellations more than 30 days before the event result in an 85% credit toward a future Gemini Adventures race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
