Event information
The Slacker Races take place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, in Georgetown, Colorado (1001 Taos Street, Georgetown, CO 80444). The event includes in-person and virtual options. There is no race-day registration. Registration for the virtual events opens on December 31, 2025.
Course and distances
The in-person race starts at the base of Loveland Ski Area at an elevation of 10,630 ft and descends to about 8,400 ft. The course uses a mix of dirt and paved roads and passes wetlands, natural waterfalls, views of the Continental Divide, and historic mining sites. Post-race activities are scheduled in historic Georgetown. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
