ABWR Happy Father's Day 5k 10k 15k Half Marathon, Long Beach
The event takes place on Sunday, June 21st, 2026, along the Long Beach beach path in Belmont Shores, located near 54th Place and E. Ocean Boulevard (5400 E. Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, CA 90803). The course is an open beach path route with marked out and back loops; participants are asked to be courteous to pedestrians, runners, and cyclists.
Distances offered:
- 5k out and back loop
- 10k two 5k loops
- 15k three 5k loops
- Half marathon three 4.36 mile loops
An aid station is located at the turnaround/start finish area and supplies water cups, water bottles, Gatorade cups, and Gu gels. Registration is available through PayPal or Active.com; race day registration accepts cash and several electronic payment options. Early bird, race month, and race day pricing tiers are published for each distance. There is a stated no refund policy and transfers are allowed only by request to the organizer. Volunteer positions are offered in exchange for a free race entry.
Included with registration are custom finisher medals, drawstring goodie bags, free photos and videos, posted results within 12 to 24 hours after the event, and an assortment of snacks and samples.
