The Wings for Life World Run Nashville will take place on Sunday, May 10, 2026. The starting point is Geodis Park Plaza in Nashville, United States.
Format
This is an App Run event. Participants run globally at the same time using the official mobile app. The race format is unique: a virtual "Catcher Car" starts 30 minutes after the run begins and gradually increases its speed. Participants continue running until the Catcher Car's speed surpasses their own, at which point their individual race is over. The distance each person runs is variable.
