The 5K has a cap of 150 participants and is chip timed. The 1K has a cap of 50 participants and is not chip timed. Time limits are one hour for the 5K and 30 minutes for the 1K. The 5K course is partially open to traffic with volunteers at intersections; the 1K course is closed to traffic. Water is provided at one midcourse stop for the 5K and at the finish line for the 1K. Awards are given for the 5K; the 1K does not have awards. Minimum age for the 5K is 10 years; the 1K has no age limit.
Packet pick up is scheduled for December 3 and December 4 from 2pm to 6pm at Mama's Java Cafe, 305 Sheldon Valley Dr Suite 101, Nolensville TN 37135.
The Rudolph's Red-Nose Workshop is held inside the same church. Workshop tickets are priced at $15 at the door and $10 for online presale. Those registered for the 5K or 1K may attend the workshop for $5 at the door. The workshop has ten hands on craft stations and no age limit. Each workshop attendee receives an activity book, a box of crayons, a custom themed collector coin, and a 3D printed disc launcher in an attendee bag.
