Registration, timing, and awards
The 5K is officially timed; the 1-Mile Bluefield Walkers Loop is untimed. Standard registration prices listed are $38.03 for the 5K (includes a $3.03 fee) and $22.16 for the 1-Mile (includes a $2.16 fee). A reduced 5K price of $27.45 is shown for ages 4 to 12. Prices increase after October 3, 2025 (different cutoff times noted for each event).
Race entry items include a bib number and a finisher medal. All 5K finishers receive a snowflake-shaped medal that can be used as an ornament. A long-sleeve performance shirt is included only for participants who register before December 5. Pre-race packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, December 5; the pickup location is to be determined and a pickup window is specified.
Awards will be given to the top three male and top three female finishers in the 5K. A top three costume category will also be awarded; costume winners must be present to receive awards.
