Wings for Life - Whistler
The Wings for Life event in Whistler takes place on May 10, 2026 and is organized by Wings for Life World Run. The format has no fixed finish line; participants run to stay ahead of a virtual catcher car. Entry fees and donations go directly to spinal cord research projects.
The run starts at Whistler Cay, 6368 Easy Street. The route completes a loop around the Tapley’s Farm neighborhood, then heads toward Lorimer Road and onto the Valley Trail toward Rainbow Park. Runners return along the Valley Trail to the starting point. The route is mostly flat and wheelchair accessible.
Some sections of the trail are not fully lit, so participants should bring personal lighting. A refreshment station and local set up are located near 6368 Easy Street; the meeting point at the finish is marked by a large blue Red Bull umbrella and a cooler.
