WineSTEM 5K
The WineSTEM 5K is an annual running event hosted by the Wentworth Institute of Science and Health (W.I.S.H.). The 2026 edition takes place on October 25, 2026 in Canton and is the sixth running of this event. The course for 2026 is certified.
The event offers multiple distance options:
- 5K
- 1K Fun Run
- Tot Trot
Participants receive a medal and the finish area includes a wine celebration. Packet pickup and late registration are available. Awards in the 5K are given to Overall Male and Female, Overall Male and Female Masters (age 40 and over), and Overall Male and Female Grand Masters (age 50 and over); entrants may not receive more than one overall award.
Entry pricing is tiered by date: $30 through August 20, $35 through October 6, and $40 after that date and on the day of registration.
Proceeds support W.I.S.H. programs that provide scholarships for high school students entering STEM fields and grants for college students. Over the first five years the W.I.S.H. community raised more than $40,000 and awarded 24 scholarships and grants.
