Corning Incorporated Wineglass 8K
The 18th Corning Incorporated Wineglass 8K is the first event in the Wineglass Race Series Challenge and is traditionally held on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. It also serves as the opening race for the Riesling and Pinot Challenges.
The course is a flat 8K (4.97 miles) that starts and finishes on the Corning Memorial Stadium track at Corning-Painted Post High School. There is a two hour course time limit.
The event offers both in person and virtual options; the virtual option is available only for the 8K. Virtual participants record their 8K time in their RunSignUp account, and race medal and pint glass are mailed to virtual finishers.
Bibs may be picked up at the Wineglass Race Series Office on the Thursday and Friday before the race and at Corning Memorial Stadium on race day.
