About the race
The Windsor Half Marathon 10K & 5K takes place in Windsor, California on May 15, 2027, with all events starting and finishing at Windsor Town Green.

The half marathon course begins and ends at the Town Green and winds through vineyards noted for fall colors. The 10K and 5K courses are described as flat and fast. The half marathon has a 3.5 hour cutoff and does not permit walkers. The 10K and 5K each have a 2 hour cutoff and welcome walkers.
Aid stations are stocked with water, electrolytes, and portable restrooms and are located at approximately mile markers 3, 5.55, 8.60, 10.20, and 12.00.
Event safety measures include CHP, local police, and course marshals on the course. Participants are asked to stay on the right side of the road whenever possible. For safety, animals, rollerblades, and bicycles are not allowed on the run course.
All finishers receive a custom finisher medal and race shirt. Post race snacks are provided and each entry includes one complimentary beer, wine, or root beer voucher. Registrants under 12 receive an automatic ten dollar discount. Race registrations are final and non refundable; participants are encouraged to consider race protection insurance.
