Event Overview
The Napa Valley Marathon and Half Marathon take place in the scenic Napa Valley region of California. The marathon is a point-to-point course from Calistoga to Napa, following the Silverado Trail. The half marathon is also point-to-point, beginning at Conn Creek Winery on the Silverado Trail and finishing in Napa. Both courses offer views of vineyards and wineries.

Course Details
The marathon course is described as fast and net downhill, featuring a gradual downhill route with a total of four turns, all in the final four miles. The half marathon course is described as fast and mostly flat with a few gentle rolling hills. The 5K is an out-and-back course starting from the marathon finish line.
Participant Experience
All registered runners receive a finisher's medal, a race t-shirt, and a BOCO Gear backpack. The marathon is a Boston Marathon qualifier and has been named a top qualifying race. The half marathon is a Runner's World recommended event. The 5K is organized by the Kiwanis Club of Greater Napa, with all funds returning to the local community.
