Wimborne 10 Mile Road Race
The Wimborne 10 Mile Road Race takes place on Sunday 15 November 2026 and forms part of the Dorset Road Race League. The event is based at Pamphill Village Green, Vine Hill, Wimborne BH21 4EE and is contested over a measured ten mile road course.
Entries open in August 2026 and are handled via online entry. Running numbers are allocated in advance and must be collected from the Race HQ at Pamphill on race day; numbers are not posted. A course map and certified measurement information are provided by the organisers, with Course Measurement Certificate No. 23-289 and Race Licence No. 29531 recorded for the event.
There is a cash prize of £250 for anyone who breaks the course record. Runners who complete the course under set target times will receive a commemorative T shirt: male runners under 60 minutes and female runners under 70 minutes are eligible. The existing course records stand at 49:26 for men set in 2024 and 56:49 for women set in 2009.
